Zte Kis 3 Max protection password

Hi to all,

i have one zte kis 3 Max, i have hard reset the phone many times, but the privacy protection password still popup.

Even the code *983*987# over the emergency dialpad does not bring the phone into the recovery modus.

Any idea how to remove it?

hey did you got a fix for that phone cause i am now facing that problem.
