hi can any please help with hard reseting this phone i have tried all the kepad combination it dont work and it wont go with vol+ power in fastboot. if any1 can be any help will be appreciated

there is no way if you can t enter fastboot mode.try to fastboot without batt and vol+ or vol- when logo appear must release vol-.if success intall recovery to clear data or install new rom.

The only thing to do is a factory reset.

take out your sim card.Put battery back in and power on

press emergency call.

type in *983*987# (don't leave any spaces)

that brings up the "erase everything" screen

press "erase everything" then wait

Wait for the orange logo to disappear then your phone is as new again. Simple!

You will lose everything on the phone, but at least you can use your phone again!
