Hello,

I have a SFR Staraddict locked on the google account request but unfortunately there is not any registered account. Is it possible to make a hard reset to solve this problem and how to do it please ?

Hello bro,

No i haven't found any solution. Furious Gold box has been updated since a few days and i think now it is possible to factory reset this model. But i have not the phone to try it.

Hello,

Yes, it's possible to update the phone since several days by an official ZTE Software and at the same time to reset the lock pattern. Of course, all your data will be lost. Look at this thread :

i try to Furios but only remove sim lock .

Hold together power button + volume up and bottom left button .
After this you see menu where select wipe data .

Today I remove google account ZTE starnaute with flash with Success !

Itry hard reset method of velko on starnaute but don't work. I try starnaute when one come.

After this you see menu where select wipe data .to confirm press return button and ur phone will be reseted
