Hello , I've got ZTE V9C-1,
I used Optus from your 3rd link but as "files" i used V9C ROM from your 1st link.
Everything is working. Thank you, I am very happy

Reliance Tab Update / Upgrade for V9c or V9a
Good News For Reliance Tab Users (ZTE V9c / ZTE V9a). Now ZTE is providing upgrades for your TAB.

Step By Step Follow the Process-
1. Switch Off the phone & remove back cover & confirm your phone Model.
2. Download the appropriate updater File for your tab. Support - ZTE Devices - Tomorrow never waits
3. Install the file & Follow the process as guided by installer.

* For FTM Mode - During switch Off condition Press Down volume key then simultaneously press power button. Keep pressing both buttons till FTM written comes on screen.

dowload zte v9c stock firmware and flash it by tool..

dont forget to backup nv
