how to backup nvm of reliance v9c tablet?

Hello!

I'm a tablet V9c, but when he tried to restore it by ZTE Update Tool it is not recognized by the program. It shows that the drivers are installed but gives error on port scanning. Does anyone have a solution for this?

The drivers are all installed.
