I need someone to please assist me on HOW to reset my phone counter. I have purchased the unlocking codes from a server already but the phone is permanently blocked as a result of the wrong codes.

"You has tried too many times! your phone has been completely locked!"

PLEASE HELP.

have you tried hard reset

use sigmabox and do dirct unlock works like a charm
