ZTE Z812 PUK unlock code - GSM-Forum

Before you guys give any suggestions, let me explain. It seems that the wrong code has been entered into this phone more than 10 times and it is hard locked. Now the phone first asks for a SIM network unlock PIN. After entering the network unlock code, it then displays, PUK unlock unsuccessful. What I want to know is how to resolve this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

I have same issue here.....need puk for it, waiting for solution.

The PUK code is unique to your SIM card, so you can only get this from your mobile network. Sometimes they will give you this when you first get the SIM card, but not all networks do this. If you cannot find it, give your mobile network a call and they will be able to give you the PUK code.

This particular problem is a problem within the phone, not the SIM. It happens when the wrong network code is entered more than ten (10) times. It's something like a hard lock. To me, it seems that the only solution will be a direct unlock solution.

Hello, I have a z812 hard locked, I already have the right code but the phone does not accept it, there is any to reset the counter of attempts to put code, any solution???

It has been over 11 months now that this post was last updated. Wondering if you guys happens to reset the counter back to 10 or unlock the phone.
