ZTE ZMAX PRO Z981 Won't Turn On


Hello Folks, Hey some one here have experience with ZTE ZMAX PRO Z981 is power off and not respond with PWR Button or Charger power, But is rare because power off with 80% of Charge in Battery. Please if some can helps.

Try replacing the battery.
A defective battery won't let it charge, therefore not power on either.

Thank for reply, but Battery Have a power Have nominal Volts not sure.

I've seen batteries with 4.12 volts across (+) and (-), but the the middle BSI pin had 0 volts. You may want to check that out, and it wouldn't hurt trying a new battery anyway. Sometimes the problems come from the least expected sources.

Don't know if it'll work but I came across a few of them doing the same thing. Plug it in and hold power volume down for 2 mins. Switch up buttons if one combination doesn't work. Had seen some just turned off and when turning back on would have a lot of battery life left. Just a defect or something. Good luck
