Hauwei U8655-1 Flashing Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi There , i'm facing a problem with my Phone it's Huawei Y200 U8655-1
the Phone is branded To Etisalat Egypt but it run on all Sim Cards
the Problem is i'm by mistake formatted the system partition the phone now only enter the fastboot mode only it doesn't enter the recovery mode even if i flashed it with a fresh one , it stuck on Etisalat Logo , i tried to flash it with the Germany Firmware but with no hope it fail on the installation step , i tried every firmware i got but the same it fails , i thing that i need a whole rom recovery to flash it with fast boot commands ..

please give me some help if you can ,, thanks
