If in NEW SECURITY huawei "Fastboot command" Not work, 100% have also HUAWEI ID Enabled and no there's any option for remove this at the moment, so if sim tray is replaced cannot read IMEI or other becouse any Fastboot command work with HUAWEI-ID Enabled.

the phone doesn't have huawei id ,the client did recovery for his email and it worked without asking for huawei ID

That is not true, I saw last 10-15 phones does not work commands with fastboot with android 9, no one had huawei id enabled, 2 hours ago I just tried the same with p20 (eml-l09 cust c605) fastboot commands did not work on Android 9, but after downgrade all was working, phone did not had huawei id.

Friend, since Huawei put one New Security all day, can happen this.

1) How first Things, Only China based Honor/Huawei (COR-AL00 itc..), have HUAWEI ID and "Find My phone" on it

2) International Version, haven't "Find My Phone" in Huawei ID.

3) Yes, other New Security is been putting in Androi 9 is No Fastboot Command working, so you aren't wrong.

4) About of issue of Thread Starter, in This case, "fastboot oem get-psid" command not Get Imei, becouse 100% him has tryed of flash this device with wrong FW and sure have Touched OEM so have lost IMEI, (just loock his log, only Serial show from info).

Hope now have Explained clear more things.

I didn't try to flash phone ,owner formatted his phone and brought it for unlock that's all
the phone has android 9 thats why commands didn't work

When show only Serial and other Dialpad command not work, unique reason is becouse this device have Lost IMEI by Some wrong procedure.

Anyway, if you know more of me and all, WHY POST HERE FOR HELP?

Yes, you are right, i've Huawei Service and had No notify me that with Android 9 "Fastboot Command" not work anymore, (other block), for to see Imei or Full info of device.

Only Fastboot command working is "fastboot devices" and show serial.

At this point, i can convert Serial in IMEI, (it's server service), and when have Imei just to have FRP Key and have solved all FRP issue.

I still doing all.
