Huawei e303 Unlock Counter Reset - GSM-Forum

I have a huawei e303 dongle and all attempts (all 10) are gone due to entering wrong codes. Now I have the correct unlock code. But there isn't way to unlock the dongle using that code. I have used several tools to input the unlock code, but unable to unlock the dongle. Appreciated if anyone can help me to sort this out

does this work for new algorithm (IMEI starting with 86) dongles ?

i solve this problem upgrading the modem.
