Huawei G8 fingerprint Id missing from settings

Hi,
I have problem that the fingerprint ID disspear from settings, So I've tried to Reset and Factory reset but nothing change.

System information :

Model : RIO-L01
EMUI : 4.0
Android version : 6.1
Custom version : CUSTC432D001

I'm facing a similar issue with my Honor 8.

First try Look inside the settings and look for "Fingerprint ID"

If Not:

Is the phone still under warranty? If so, contact Huawei.

In lollipop version the fingerprint option was provided in Settings.
But after Marshmallow update, you can find the Finger print option
in Settings > Security > Fingerprint (7th option)

if you are not getting that option there, then follow the below
mentioned steps.
-> Long press the power button.
-> Power off option will display on the screen.
-> Remove hand from the power button and long press the on the
power off option displayed on the screen.
-> when you long press on the power off option displayed on the
screen, it will ask for confirmation to get into safe mode,
-> Click on OK button
Check whether the finger print option is working in safe mode or not.

(To come out of safe mode, Restart/Reboot the device).
