if you guys hv id tool you can get the file. As they hv their support area for xml files. Currently after dc they are doing some great work.

The solution to the problem is very simple.
Need to flash board
FIx IMEI VENDOR. Flash oeminfo (your firmware)
Direct unlock
Read bootloader code
* and then restore the firmware with GPU
hw/eu its 380 build
all/cn its 361 or any new
DONE
