How to get the password for security patch downgrade on Huawei P20 Lite (ANE-L21 (C432)), see downgrade-security-patch-huawei-p20-lite-ane-l21-c432-for-repair-imei-and-remove-frp on phoenixteam-tech ?

The Telegram-group that is linked there doesn't exist and I am also not able to read persian letters. It's actually not possible to ask the admins there for pass, as it is said on that page. Furthermore: Is the dload-zip-file (for IMEI repair) there serious (Stock ROM flashed by SD CARD) ? I have never heard before something about this phoenixteam-tech - group. Any experiences with that ? Does it work ?
