You can unlock bootloader and flash different partitions via fastboot ...

Ascend P6 B119 Firmware Leaked

Another day, Another leak for the Huawei Ascend P6. Huawei seems to be quite busy pushing updates to this smartphone unlike for the other ones. Today a new firmware for Ascend P6 surfaced and its numbered as B119. Few days ago we brought you the B122 leaked firmware Ascend P6 B122 Firmware Leaked - HuaweiNews but don’t get mislead by that number. Higher version number (B122) doesn’t always mean its newer than firmwares like B119. Huawei has a different numbering scheme for different regions. This new B119 firmware seems to be destined for Europe and it has the same kernel as the previously leaked B122 firmware

We wasn’t able to obtain a full changelog but users who tested this firmware reports that Wifi,Bluetooth and Cellular connectivity are improved compared to old versions like B118. And also the GPS connectivity issues seems to be fixed on this version. This firmware is based on Android 4.2.2 as the other firmwares

Installing this update is done by the default Huawei method

1. Unzip the downloaded file
2. Place the Update.app inside a folder named “dload” on your SD card root directory
3. Power off and turn on your Ascend P6 by holding volume down + volume up + power button

Actually I am having problem with my phone that it is stuck at startup and hard reset is not working on my phone and I have already tried to install firmware by dload folder but that isn't working too .
Now, all I am asking for that if somehow you could provide the complete firmware with the Flash Tool which I can use to unbrick my phone
