Being Lucky, i've found the way which is: 1. power of your tab 2. press the three buttons (power + volume up + volume down.) 3. release the power button when you see the logo and keep pressing the two bouttons till you see the gear. 4. release the volume up without releasing the volume down. Wait till you see a yellow bar under the gear then you can release it. wait till the display says OK and thats it Best Regards. |

Member: 1292178 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | 0 down vote I had the very same problem for like 4 months. And finally, in one day, the problem was solved. Follow these steps: Switch off the device. Press power button + Volume up button until the device is switched on (followed by a small vibration). As soon as the device is switched on, let go of the power switch but keep pressing the volume up button. After a few seconds, a screen will appear showing a green android symbol with rotating gears. When this screen appears let go the volume up button and keep pressing volume down button. Hold like this for a few seconds. till a big green 'OK' appears on the screen. After this the device re-starts automatically. It may take some time. After this, it'll be like you're switching on your tablet for the very first time. You have to provide your GMail address (optional), name, system date and time etc. All the apps and files that was previously in your device, will be gone. |
