2. Start Menu - Run, type: cmd and hit Enter
3. Type: cd/
4. Type: adb shell fctest system reboot and hit Enter

read workin phone factroy firmware in cs tool or cm2 then write firmware inshaallah your problem solve 1000000%

go to adb folder and open cmd and type adb shell fctest system reboot

i did tried as per above mentioned procedure but iam getting "error device not found" i installed adb drivers and also fast boot drivers how to fix this problem iam using windows 7
