IF MTK FOLLOW THIS STEPS...

OPEN VOLCANO UTILITY.
SELELCT REBUILD IMEI(MODE 1)
FILL IMEI 1 AND 2.
CLICK START
INSERT CABLE TO SWITCH OFF.
FINALLY DONE...

Check cdc driver and also check cable....
Use another cable or on another usb port.
