Micromax A24 flashing faild

I found a micromax a24 with google lock.After format the set with volcano set was hang on bolt, So i decided to flash the set with factory firmware available on xda but many of tools not supported this pac file and which support faild without pass. Now set is fully dead
So experts plz help me and provide me any tested solution
Some times it faild on bkp nv and sometimes faild on modam flashing
