1. Use Gpg Dragon 3.53c & Format with User Data Only
This solution for Both Problem...

For reset pattern lock use Android Multi tools 1.0 or 1.02b

1. Open Android Multi Tools
2. Press both key Volume+ & pwr on in same time untill
Handset show android logo
3.Connect Usb & set ADB Drivers
4.Press 5 or 8 into Android Multi Tools
After complete this process press 9 Exit Mode
