bro jst short kcolo down the volume up key with ground and flash, it will definetely detects the phone and flash with downloaded firmware, u r problm will be solved.....
TESTED BY ME IN MANY D321 PHONES.
RESULTS.......SUCCESS

Please any one upload Micromax d321 dead tested file, MMX_D321_SW_V08_HW_v1.1 full factory flash file, i have volcano box, miracle box,piranha etc.

no need of any box only sp flash tool and v2 firmware from google drive.
just jumper the kcolo golden point to the ground and flash,after flashing remove the jumper.....
