Hello how I see there is many users that have Q415 google acount or FRP pb after FW its solution

1. Go tred that want write google acount

2. Press and holed @ in keyboard

3. Will open settings tab go there (keynoard Android)

4. Press back then Task Manager (leftmost)

5. At the top of the screen will open serch google there type settings and then from settings do hard reset.

PB WILL BE SOLVED

Try to type Settings app if just Settings not work.
When I typed Settings app, phone asked if I want to enter settings.
Next - do reset from Settings.

Is U Try This FRP Lock Solution:

Install adb-setup-1.4.3
Open command prompt
Go to adb directory C:\adb>
Switch on the phone connect to the PC using USB Cable
Now execute the following commands..

Code:

adb shell am start -n com.android.settings/.Settings -e :android:show_fragment com.android.settings.LocalePicker

Now the settings will appear
Go to Backup and Reset
Now Do a factory reset..
