please help me to flash Micromax A110, i tried to flash but always got error, here is pic -

use letest SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1332.0 and phone volume down key long press

Use SP tools from here Dev-Host - SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1220.01.zip - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service and use this jelly bean Dev-Host - S9081_MP_F4.1_B1_IN_MMX_1.10.rar - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service

And follow these steps:
1. Download and Extract SP tool & Micromax Jelly Bean V3 folder. open Sp Tool folder and click & Rum sptool.exe Run as Administrator if you are using Windows vista/7/8
2. Select 'MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt file inside the ROM folder.
Click Download Button in Sp tool.
3. Connect Phone {Switched off} to PC via USB Cable.
4. If every things right, flashing will precede
5. Wait till it finishes….. A green ring is displayed on completion.
6. Now Close SP tool….. Remove Phone from PC.
7. Switch ON the phone...It is successfully Flashed...

You can flash it with another method !! Download these files
1.Java SE - Downloads | Oracle Technology Network | Oracle
2.Android SDK | Android Developers

Steps to follow:
1. install jdk and android sdk.
2. After installation open sdk manager from start menu and "android sdk platform-tools" and "Google USB driver" and leave rest of the boxes checks.
3. now move your firmware and extract it to c:\folder(Any folder no matters)
4. open the cmd prompt in you pc
5. change directory to CD C:\folder(the folder where you have extracted it)
6. Now switch off you phone and connect it via data cable and hold the power and volume down key.
7. If you have sucessfully connected you device then type fastboot devices and hit enter and you will see the fast boot deives.
8. then type flashboot flash recovery recovery.img and install it once it install
9. type "fastboot reboot" and hit enter

That's all your are all done !!
