icloud remove service problem - GSM-Forum

hi all gsmhosting users .
two days back i placed order for removing iphone x icloud on a server . today i got reply that its done .but that phone still asks for icloud id password. supplier says it done and some one at ur shop activated it and entered icloud again. but phone was with me and no one touches it.
is it possible that without activation phone gets relocked again?

Use full gsx to know the true , it will show y when last activation
