So how it can help to unlock devices with specific Flash IC??? Is this solution can flash iPad modem into them without damaging?

As I know, unlock is possible with 6.15 modem only. Please show me in which step this tool will flash ipad modem in the phone.
Right now I have 3Gs locked to o2 UK, it has an Intel flash IC inside, so "normal" unlock with iPad modem flashing is not possible.

I really don't understand the purpose of this program... Some one made up something to jaibreak 3Gs. Why do we need to make jailbreak in such difficult way? There is no problem in jailbreaking of any 3Gs...
