Successfully jailbreak (Tethered) & Unlock 3GS iOS 6.1.3...!!
 

Yesterday I successfully jailbreak n unlocked iphone 3GS on version 6.1.3 with baseband version 6.15(ipad baseband)...

-restore ur phone with 6.1.3 custom firmware.
-open latest redsn0w(redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3).
-goto to extras tab.
-click on "select ISPW".
-select 6.0
-go back
-click jailbreak
-follow the steps to enter DFU mode, once the process is done...
-again open redsnow n go to extras tab
-again click on "select ISPW"
-select 6.0
-then click on "just boot"
-follow the steps to enter DFU mode.

Once the above process is done, u will find cydia on ur phone, open cydia n install ultrasn0w 1.2.8. U will have ur phone unlocked.

This is a tethered jailbreak

If ur phone is searchig for network even without the sim card after the above process then simply install the ipad baseband again n it will work fine...

Yes, done 100% I did it myself yesterday, but it is not untethered jailbreak. It is tethered... :(

no need evasion on 6.1.3 just use redsn0w....................

I started redsnow and click Extra, and even more, then restore and selected the iOS 5.1.1 FW and iOS 4.3.5 FW also the Blogs using Remote mode. and it starting make my ipad to recovery mode automatically , after, redsnow need manually DFU mode so I did it and it start say "Uploading iBBS, Ramdisk, ETC" After my ipad screen with apple Logo and a status bar, and i wait after it showing me this error" Service Wouldn't start." and no special code that's it (P.S : Sometimes it stay stuck at iBBS uploading ETC and show this error" Couldn't find recovery mode device" and i SOLVED went Redsnow stuck at uploading iBBS parts, and i force my ipad 2 into recovery mode And it WORKED, then my ipad showed white screen and apple logo appeared also status bar.BUT same error appear "Wouldn't Start Service" that all Please Help THANK YOU PLZ REPLY :)

I did it on redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 but u r right it should also work on redsn0w_win_0.9.15b2...

It also works with BB 6.15. U will get no service without sim card but when u reinstall ipad baseband everything works fine...

Give more details about ur phone, so that someone can help...

I tried it and it did not work.
I have no shsh saved.
was at 5.1.1
Have to JB because phone was crashing every 2 minutes.
When i tried it said failed.
I used redsnow lastes version

I have no service on this phone.
But the sims card is still in.
But i have jailbroken before with out service.

Not work for me, my iphone says no service, i install ipad baseband again but not have signal
