There is no version of sn0wbreeze that supports 6.1.3.

Reinstall ipad baseband n then unlock with ultrasn0w, everything will b fine...

If u already have ipad baseband on ur phone then simply update it with 6.1.3. U will get error 1015 then uu can use iReb to kick ur phone out of recovery...
