Is your HDD a brand new, you have to make it GPT also and format it as HFS+, just search on the net for formating HDD to MAC OS partition table. It may be due to your OS image too, just download an other one with DMG extension and repeat the process of burning. I'll try to find some direct links to guide you. BR.
