MAC iCloud and EFI


Hi guys..
Sorry i don't have much knowledge abut MAC devices..
My question , is there different between iCloud and EFI password?
If i unlock the iCloud through iCloud remover service it will remove the EFI password automatically?

i can remove icloud & efi on almost if not all kinds of mac both old and new.
just need.
tools needed
Mac locked
some knowledge in programming.

I HAVE MACBOOK AIR with iCloud and when i start to turn on need passcode, when I'm trying to put in safe mode with command and s not started in safe mode, is possible to remove iCloud in this mac ?
