Macbook Pro randomly stuck and freeze


Hi
I have a macbook pro mid 2009
install OS X YOSEMITE
when i use my macbook after some minutes it's freeze stuck not work any key when i try to press Command-Option-Esc it's not work. after 4-5 seconds macbook auto restart.
some time when stuck sound come from board like some thing stuck.

PLZ HELP ME I FACE PROBLEM FROM MANY DAYS

check the screw for the heat sink,,,

give pasta to the procecor and vga chip,
last thing clean ur ram on the gold plate,

Change your memory Ram. If that doesn't work, most likely it would be your HDD going bad...
