****n C7371, fan at max speed

Hello, I have a problem with my macbook a1502, this is motherboard number 820-4924-A. Suddenly I wasn’t able to turn it on, after disassembly I found that cap C7371 is blonwn and gets really hot when charger connected, so I removed it from motherboard, I’ve read that this is main power rail so there shouldn’t be a big problem to run mac without it (I have to order one).

I turned on mac and it worked fine but fan wasn’t spinning and in one moment macbook turned off and fan started to spinn at max speed and thats it, when I connect charger it starts to spinn at max speed.

I checked rails and I’m missing pp3v3_s0 and on all_sys_pwrd have 0,1v

I was checking diagrams and found that pp3v3_s0_en rail is going fine till diode D8184 and on pin 2 of this diode I’ve got 3.3v but on pin 1 0v and U8030 at pp3v3_s0_en is getting 0 volts

Do you have any ideas what can be messed up ? Thanks for any help
