Hello...I have an iPhone 6s iOS 11.4.1

And I managed to unlock it with the rsim however it only connects on 3G not at 4G the sim was unlocked with the rsim 12 v 9.67

When i go to sim applications i see that The3G/4G sharp mode is active since the is an * infront

Any ideas?

it means your iphone doesn't have the 4g frequency of your network

i know that by why? is cause of a setting on the sim apps find on the phone via the rsim? i have another phone factory unlocked next to it and i have 4g signal..they are the same provider...

I am new to this so i am just trying to see if its cause of a setting on the rsim

Check settings under cellular make sure under roaming it’s on lte

I have iPhone 7 Plus sprint on T-Mobile network but had to go into settings and turn on lte otherwise just for 4g

I have already done that...mine is an IPHONE 6S Sprint but wit the rsim i have added anther provided....It olny works on 3G mode....

When i go to settings all seem ok...How can i make sure that for roaming its on LTE/4G...

Why do o think it has something to do with the settings on the rsim i.e. 3g/4g sharp mode.....Is there a way to deactivate this mode and see if i get 4g signal

OK I’m sorry I think you misunderstood me did you put the rsim and new carrier sim at same time . All you have to do after you put cards then rsim menu should see first, go to the Iccid number in immediately And double check the number before you press enter after you do you have to press enter again to OK it before he does anything press the power button down and shut the phone down power it down completely wait about 2 min and power back on Now if you want to update iOS you can do it over the air but do not plug it into the computer I have four iPhone sevens for my family that I’ve unlocked after paying a company that swore for like 168.00usd That they could unlock the sprint phone well I paid them October of last year I still have not seen a refund. Which on the website they say they will give you if the circumstances are like mine and they cannot unlock it I did it by myself looked up the videos on the website for the card for rsim and haven’t had any problems I’m Using iOS 12 beta phone still working great
