Okay if phone has acativation lock over it's over. It's a parts phone. Now if it don't have activation lock but still showing it. I seen this happen as a glitch. So you must activate over cellular instead of wifi. It's a glitch I seen that made me think I have bypass activation lock. But truly I didn't it was only a glitch it caused phone to show past activation lock. Activate over cellular instead of wifi fixed it for me. Just be sure that fmi is truly off.

I have changed to a valid SIM card, which I use in my other phones, and did the activation by cellular as you said; it worked pefectly.

Thanks buddy.

Used this ICCID, it worked. But it unlocked my iPhone 6 (T-mobile) permamently) I mean, after unlock with R-Sim 12, I removed it, used other carrier number without R-Sim and it worked without any problem! I don't know why, but thank you very much)

You didn’t read anything on this thread, did you ?
This is the case since long and behaves this way for every iphone activated using R-SIM 12.
There’s a bug in iOS versions at present (11.4.1 and down) and what you’re enjoying is a result of that.
