Member: 2809102 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Ok, I think many people is having issues with the new ICCID (me included), when the ICCID was blocked in February, I could activate my 7+ using the TMSI Option (read below): “*5005*7672*00#, (tried EVERY US Carrier until it worked), then TMSI (second option), then Auto Mode 2 (4th option), then Accept, then pull out the SIM, wait 5-10 seconds and then reinsert and that's it!!!!” Yesterday my carrier here in Chile blocked my service because I didn’t pay and I thought my phone was blocked again for some reason so I pulled out the SIM (I previously putted the new ICCID for the perfect unlock) and then reinserted it and IT DIDN’T WORK…I was going mad!!! After some research I could find a perfect solution for me (that has NOTHING to do with the ICCID), and here it is: 1) Input the code in the emergency call *5005*7672*00# and then SEND 2) Go to the IMSI code part and try the IMSI code from the carrier your phone is blocked (in my case it was a T-Mobile phone)…in here you may find in internet several IMSI codes…just try with every one of them 3) After the IMSI code input, the menu will go to the next menu automatically, in here you should go to TMSI (the second one) and then the Auto Mode 2 (fourth one), accept, pull out the SIM, wait a few seconds, reinsert it, wait several seconds and it will work. NOTE 1: if you regain signal but it keeps getting a “loop” in activation/blocked phone or you get the 3G, 4G or LTE symbol but with no Carrier name, just try with a different IMSI code. It’s important that you do 3 the steps marked above until the end each time until it works for you just try with a different IMSI code). After everything works normally and the signal in stable, disconnect from your Wi-Fi and try to make/receive phone calls/texts, etc. and edit your APN settings for navigation (you can find these settings in internet from your SIMS’s carrier). NOTE 2: yesterday when I was going mad, I tried the Supreme Sharp Mode and the phone was 100% functional except that it just got to 4G, not LTE and that’s why I did the research today and tried the solution that I have for you. Maybe you could try that solution after the IMSI input (remember that this Supreme Sharp option will appear automatically after you input the IMSI code). Hope this info works for somebody, it worked for me, I just pulled out my SIM right now and I don´t have the ICCID that is posted in this forum or in the RSIM official page and the phone is 100% functional and with LTE. Have a great day! |
