How to update by dongle to v9.6 rsim12..you have software v9.6 Kinglock .

Will you release software for dongle uodate to V9.6?

PS. Dongle updater working on windows 10.
1. Insert dongle updater and let windows find the driver.
2. Go to device manager and check which port the dongle inserted on.
3. Leave dongle in PC and restart PC.
4. Dongle LED should now be red.
5. Open application and set com port to the one in step 2. Set baud rate to 19200. Open comm port.
6. Enter activation code.
7. Select download.
8. ****Once you have programmed one, leave the dongle in the USB port and do not close the APP. Just replace the RSIM 12 and select download. The LED will stay RED and you can program RSIM's quickly and easily. No loss from server******

If someone can help me i configure the r sim in a iphone 6s sprint and work perfect. I put the same in a iphone 7 claro company and just say invalid sim. Sim failure. How i can fix that. Iphone 7 is in 11.2.6

Check that the R-Sim it's properly inserted, check instructions carefully and try again. I just update one first try. BR

what i am doing wrong?
I have Rsim 12 9.3
i have followed these steps:
(1) Dial guide code: *5005*7672*0#, select the last option in the Operator list. Edit ICCID input: 8901 4103 2795 2915 5468, and send.
(2). Dial guide code: *5005*7672*0#, select ICCID unlock in the Operator options, accept. My phone is locked to sprint so i select US Sprint and then GSM (2/3/4G card)
(3) I then shutdown my phone, remove the rsim and sim card, put the sim card alone, turn on the phone and then try to activate, after error of invalid sim card i then put the rsim and the sim card together and i try to activate again.
(4) This is where it is supposed to work but instead it either shows INVALID SIM or take me through the itune loop. In cases where the activation has gone all the way to WELCOME TO YOUR IPHONE the network says no service...
