i successfully updated at least 20 r-sim by dongle today but the last 3 give me the same error ¨Open file failure¨.

My RSIM card isnt fitting in the dongle adapter card...do I have t cut off the tiny strip from the RSIM card on the bottom? How do i 'fit' the RSIM in the dongle adapter card..

and nothing happen why? i try gpplte and rsim11 and rsim11+ and nothing. only 1rsim11 update yesterday. im doing something wrong?

the software just for rsim12(v9.1-v9.5)
