please post picture here , your unlock chip and dongle ,

only rsim chip and red dongle can working ,

Can anyone help? I changed port COM3, it showed COM150 everytime I plugged in. I did reset it, but still the same. A warning triangle is next to the "prolific USB ... etc." so maybe is just a matter of drivers.

My PC is Win10 64bits

i have black r-sim 12 , and red dongle , v9.6.2 update package , and i get 'open file failure' , either r-sim is put into socket or not. Dongle LED is solid RED.

i got this error with all versions of software. so i cannot update any card.

Guys, the problem is on your side only, update server works fine. Just updated one of my cards. Try to change something... PC, OS, the COM port speed, etc.

use gpp LTE chip, and dont force to get the menu just 3-4 try and take out the chip if its not working,
