Guys how to upgrade the RSIM 12 gold chip ?? I was able to successfully upgrade the black chip but the gold one doesn't update

Those who have trouble showing Com Port if it shows yellow triangle leave dongle connected to computer and restart pc , never take it after just take out the sim tray and done.
