3G Problems iPhone 5s

Hello, I do not know if I'm right here, but I have a problem with my U.S. iPhone 5 model ME324LL/A. I bought it for my semester stay there and wanted it now here use in Germany. The iPhone is tied to T-Mobile USA. Ok I got myself the Rsim 9+, so far everything well. Now I can restrict it with my carrier Vodafone Germany use, but now the problem: I can make calls, surf the Internet, Ebay, Whatsup, etc. But I can be reached by what felt like 100 attempts, maybe 5, otherwise "The partnership is currently not catch me ..... "so then I've installed the LTE 3G / 4G patch and thought now is all good and again not, then the whole thing looks like this: I am available and can make calls but my data connection drops from 3G to GPRS and it takes ultra long until a page on Safari / Chrome opens. If I switch the patch, I can again be rarely achieved, but I can surf in 3G again. Now I know now not to continue and maybe you can help me. Matthes
