I have tried all the combinations to try to get the menu pop up but it does not pop up all I get is a screen that says

setting succeeded
Service center address
No address
DISMISS......

Then I try *5005*7672*0*iccid#
Says

PLEASE WAIT

NO LUCK

use a different RSIM

Ok change the sim card and try again maybe the rsim is blocked after this put again the sim card you like use

change the iccid code in unlock iphone or update your RSIM with the dongle

this is new problem bcz in some phone dont have iccid option
maybe apple blocked this method

I can’t get to the menu to change iccid at all. Phone just says “No Sim”. It can see the sim if I remove the Rsim. I don’t have the dongle, how do I get it? Please help!
