Activation Error GPPLTE - GSM-Forum

i have iphoan 6 locked.and also also i have GPPLTE R_SIM
first i put sim with GPPLTE chip in unocked phone and edit
ICCID (89014104270225987584) and restart phone.
after I will put this sim with gpplte chip in locked phone
when i put sim with chip show signals 100% Ok
but activation require.but when i activate phone
it will show ( Activation Error )

Update your phone to (OTA), it should work

This method it's not working. Where have you been?
Need to check imsi method. On the menu select carrier tap on edit imsi and enter the imsi code of the phone original carrier, then select gsm option. Restart.

why I make update on ota and works normal

I have tried this on 4 phones and it worked.
