Activation help for iphone 5s(64gb) with r-sim 9pro in ios 8.0

dear all friends,
As per my work experience i unlocked many iphone 4s,5,5c with
ios 8 or 8.1,by r-sim 9pro.

But this time i m trying to unlock a 5s (ios8.0) with r-sim 9pro but every time its say invalid sim card....

i tried with configuration of US AT&T many time ,
i also tried with manually imsi 3104101
but its always unsuccessful...

now my question is ....
Is anyone unlocked iphone 5s ios8.0 with r-sim 9pro ???

or
Is this phone is blacklisted/stolen reported to server so its cant be activate... ????
