Rgkense must out a new version for old rsim 12 for solve the actual bug.

Not force us to purchase a new rsim, when the old rsim is working

since the old r sim doesn't have popup menu for supporting ios 12.2 or 12.3
i think you should use and old phone 5c or 5
and type *5005*7672*00# input iccid
and after move it into the phone you want to unlock it

Still working friend , but you need one iphone with old software version(lower than version 12.3) for edit ICCID after that you only put this in iphone that you want to unlock !!!
