There is a software name Gadgetwide icloud controle claiming that they can bypass the icloud in 25 usd but i am just waiting to see someone has dine successfully

any updates ...got an ipad mini that gadgetwide does not work for. itunes shows device but device still shows icloud ?

PayPal is blocking their accounts due to the large amount of activity, and they're concerned it's being used for illegitimate activity. Donation accounts tend to get a lot of scrutiny, especially when the nature of the account relates to an Apple server exploit. I don't think the account will be unfrozen. One thing to consider when you open an online account for a large number of transfers is that the account will be frozen for 180 days with PayPal.
