Yes, you can!
Just contact their office.
But you won't use internet connection.
Calls and messages only

Donate money to this user
contact other (private) vendors
neither of three MTS , Reliance or Tata
they are not entertaining foreign cdma handset

you need to provision your handset in following way

* spc change/disable
* meid registration
* prl inject
* gsm part disable (if exist)
* akey input
* min input
* EVDO activation from Operator
* EVDO programing on handset

br,

AK singh

In one of your post you had said that buying new sim and config in nv mode in cdma then activate from that number . Is that technique still valid?

I have as870 lg in which my cdma reliance sim is not working (i think phone does not read prl but is able to detect the sim).

what if I config sim meid into the phone and try to activate?

In nv mode if I enable prl and write reliance prl it start latching on to network. but not with ruim.

is there any other way for phone to catch network because it seems that does it read prl when in ruim mode
Please help me in this regard.
