Yes. I have 6S that’s locked to T-Mobile working with AT&T SIM card. Full function and No iCCID updating needed.

The SE does not work although the 6s does. It activates, but there's no signal. The same is true of the Verizon prepaid SE. I had to pick US ST for it to even activate. Interestingly, numerous other card manufacturers like GPP and Rebelios say that either the SE does not work at all with this exploit or only Japanese ones do.
