Try to turn on airplane mode then insert tray. But i don't know if this will work.
I didn't solve it and i broked the r-sim completely. Dead.

Now i got a new r-sim and it's working fine. Only 2g internet but i don't care.

Which mode you setup on R-SIM 10+?
