Awesome work. I have not been able to fix My Number on iPhone 5 Sprint, only 5S/5C.

I just cut-paste or rename Sprint_CSIM_LTE_US.bundle become anything you want and no need replace other bundle become sprint, reboot and MY NUMBER just show up

Sprint_CSIM_LTE_US.bundle doesn't exist unless you use Mini 2/Air 2 on iPhone 5 and choose iPhone 5s. It only exists on 5C/5S. The problem with that is you can't bypass activation unless you choose iPhone 5.
