You sure you have r sim mini 2?
You can check in Sim application if you read at the top R sim mini 2 with v9.2 you have what you need and the rsim doesn't unlock you I phone.
But if you read just r sim min + with v9.1 - you don't have mini2!!!

I buy it an R sim mini 2 from Romania, the package it was R sim mini 2, on the sim says R sim Mini 2, but when I inserted the R sim with the sim Never Pass the activation screen!
After that I realised that r sim is simply R sim mini +...
I watch on YouTube the trailer for R sim mini 2 and I see in sim application at the top- R sim mini 2 v9.2.
My r sim mini 2 it shows only R sim mini + v 9.1.
I think the Factory forgot to programming to latest software because I checked- mine R sim mini 2 it's genuine.
Now I waiting for my reseller to send me another R sim mini 2...

v9.3 is the latest firmware for R-Sim Mini 2, all waithing to be uploaded on the rsim webpage

I have tested R-SIM mini2 on different SIMs (different operators) but phone goes on activation many times. any one tested on v9.3?

We're having the same problem in Mexico, we couldn't unlock today an iPhone 5S T-Mobile USA using:

R-SIM Mini updated to 9.3
R-SIM Mini2 v9.2
R-SIM Mini2 v9.3

We tried to use Mexico Telcel and Movistar 128 KB SIM cards and nothing.

No positive results.

Error message: SIM NOT VALID or Just No Service

The SIMs were tested on an unlocked iPhone to test they work and they do.
