Hahahaha Sim I asked this question before you over a hundred times and the response from the rsim team directly was we still working on it, and at this moment I am very surprised by this company of why would they have sold us the rsim mini with dongle with the promise of being able to be updated in the case if any new ios will be out and here we are over a month now with ios 7.1 out and still no software for the dongle having so many customers hammering us meaning us the cell phone stores for lying to them for promising them that the rsim mini is updatable based what we have been told by the rsim team so now get your conclusion.

Is this a news?, rather than I was thinking that you would be posting update that mini 2 is supporting 7.1 for almost all carrier, rather than specific "AT&T" carrier...
It means your Rsim would not be able to unlock all the carriers as it was doing earlier?

we will release the new unlock program , the old rsim mini can update the program by rsim dongle !
